This paper shows the methodology of making samples, the selection of additive composition at different percentages of ingredients, and a comparative analysis of the results obtained. In the presented work the authors used a complex additive containing in its composition alkali (caustic soda), post-alcohol bard (alcohol production waste), and hardening accelerator (gypsum) in different percentages ratios. The use of CMA is an effective way to improve the quality of heavy concrete. They improve the technological properties of the concrete mixture and the construction and technical properties of concrete. Thus, the addition of CMA in the composition of heavy concrete can increase the strength in 28 days of hardening by 4.56-39.08% compared to the reference sample. The analysis suggests that CMA provides a 2-4 times reduction of water saturation in concrete. The obtained concrete with CMA withstood 200 cycles of tests for frost resistance. Thus, the additive's effectiveness in increasing frost resistance is obvious. The experimental data obtained testify to the fact that the studied additive forms the optimal structure, reduces water saturation, and increases the strength properties of concrete. This makes it possible to expect higher performance properties of heavy concrete - frost resistance, increasing its durability.</p> ER -
